- leaving the residence you will see the beach is at the end of the street
- and from there a nice promenade along the sea with rest benches every 20 meters approx. to the center of Royan
- crossing the park district, just behind the house, you will arrive at a small covered market and all the shops, bakery, Vival grocery store, hairdresser, tobacconist, pharmacy etc.

Très belle découverte, maison très agréable, fonctionnelle, jolie. Rien ne manque. Literie impeccable.
La propriétaire est très agréable (contact téléphonique) et la personne qui s'occupe de nous remettre les clés est d'une extrême gentillesse.
