Ideally located at the gates of the Caravelle peninsula, you can discover the hiking trails or go surfing since you are 100 meters from the surfers' beach.
You will discover the pretty beaches of Tartane, as well as this authentic fishing village less than 5 minutes from the house by car.
You will enjoy a magnificent sea view with a view on each side of the peninsula of La Caravelle.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with adjoining shower room and two bedrooms upstairs with a shared shower room, all the bedding is new.
The large living room offers a dining area and a lounge area with TV.
The separate kitchen is very well equipped.
The terrace and the garden will allow you to live to the rhythm of the Caribbean sun, a charcoal barbecue will allow you to prepare beautiful grills for your meals in a friendly atmosphere.
Small peculiarity, the washbasins in the bathrooms and the kitchen sink are not connected to hot water but the cold water is never below 20°C.
