Small house of 45 m², quiet (for 3 people maximum), very pleasant, located near the port of La Teste-de-Buch, close to the ocean and all amenities (press house, bakery, and 900 m from the market). You have a bathroom with shower and separate wc.
To have appreciations, you can contact me to give you the sites where there are different opinions.
The nearest beach is 2.6 km, Pointe de l'Aiguillon d'Arcachon.
The house is classified 1 star.
I accept 3 adults or 1 couple with a teenager.
The house faces EAST/WEST.
The courtyard has been fitted out (70 m²) with a dining area and allows you to park your car in complete safety.
The wifi should be installed no later than July 2022.
The bike path is 300 meters from the house. It allows you to go to Arcachon and also go around the salt meadows and go to the dune.
A cellar allows you to store bicycles.
The bedroom, not closed, is located in the mezzanine with a skylight.
The house is available from the beginning of June to October for the year 2022.
The airport is 40 km away.
The house is located next to the Hotel de France.
You can taste oysters every day in the cabins of the port.
