We are offering an 80 sqm self contained apartment located in a private and independent wing of our home. The interior is modern, housing contemporary art and design-led furniture. As a guest you will have exclusive access to our private heated pool and gym (gym time by mutual agreement) plus three outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the summer sun and stunning surrounding views.

A small dog (less than 10kg) is welcome, but must not be left unattended in the house or grounds of the house at any time.

Our nearest village is Prayssas, a ‘French village de carectére’ is 7km away, it boasts a number of amenities including a boulangerie, bank, bar, pharmacy and shop. A farmers market is held every Sunday morning and during the summer months a night market / marché nocturne gourmand is held on a Wednesday evening, which is great fun.

The picturesque city of Agen is 17 km away, here you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as a main line train station.

Within a 30 km radius there are a number of excellent restaurants ranging from rustic to Michelin star, the wine regions of Buzet and Côtes du Marmandais as well as a number of night markets held during the summer.

The surrounding countryside is great for cyclists of various fitness levels, similarly, there are a number of beautiful walks and hiking trails on our doorstep too.

We are well situated for stages 12 and 13 of the 2024 Tour de France.
