On the ground floor is the garage and the storeroom. The garage is tiled and insulated. It has a small workshop area with workbench for handymen. It allows the parking of a car of 5 meters maximum. In the adjoining cellar is the washing machine, the dryer, the freezer, the water softener and a WC.
A scullery, very practical for having lunch outside on the terrace, also finds its place there.
You reach the first floor by a large external staircase or by an internal spiral staircase located in the cellar (protection for children at the top of this staircase).
Upstairs, the living room has a new, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A sofa, a TV cabinet, table and chairs.
The floor is air-conditioned.
A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a vanity unit with a sink and a toilet. The bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed with new comfortable mattress. A sleeping area separated from the main room by a curtain receives 1 sofa bed for 1 to 2 people. Electric floor heating upstairs and convectors on the ground floor.
A 105 cm flat screen TV with satellite demodulator allowing the reception of TNT channels as well as many foreign channels.
A box for broadband internet connection. 1 radio set.

A small courtyard and very sunny and well fenced interior terrace without vis-à-vis ensures peace and privacy.

On the ground floor, the cellar is 15 m², the garage 24 m²

Following the problems related to COVID19, the accommodation is fully disinfected between each rental.
