On one level and with an area of 100 m², surrounded by an enclosed garden of 600 m² and its swimming pool, it offers a change of scenery and a relaxing atmosphere.
Large 50 m² day room, including the dining area and the kitchen, lounge area with television, WiFi.
2 terraces, one open to the swimming pool, the second is sheltered and allows meals to be taken outside. Garden table, plancha, barbecue and deckchairs available.
A fenced garden out of sight, 8 x 4 m salt pool, secure.
For better comfort, the rooms were enlarged in 2020:
- a 17 m² bedroom with bay window opening onto the terrace, a 160 cm bed, rattan armchairs and storage
- a 14 m² bedroom with bay window opening onto the terrace, 2 single beds and storage
Possibility to put an extra bed for a 3rd bed
At your disposal :
- baby cot and high chair
- 2 adult bikes
Out of respect for the life of the neighborhood, parties are totally prohibited.
The prices are established for 4 people, 20 € / night if additional person.

"Agréable séjour"
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Nicole et Nicholas! la maison est propre, bien entretenue et agréable. les équipements sont nombreux (piscine, terrasse, barbecue, prêt de 2 vélos adultes, jouets pour les enfants, etc). Tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi!
Nous avons apprécié la demande concernant le tri des déchets (compost, tri, réserve des coquilles d'huîtres) et la consommation d'énergie.

"Andernos"
Très belle location avec des propriétaires charmant. La maison est très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Au calme pour bien dormir tout en état proche du centre d Andernos. Je vous recommande cette location.
