Fully equipped accessory for cleaning, toilet, small laundry room with boiler room, garage as well as a washing machine, tancarville.
Upstairs wc, a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink (towel not provided). 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, dressing room, sheets included. 2 bedrooms with a double bed, sheets included, dressing room.
We will put the barbecue and parasol dining table in the daylight, the land is gravel all around the house and its fenced (without gate).
The house is located 5 minutes by car from St Vasst La Hougue where you will find a playground... and 5 minutes on foot to go to Quettehou where there is a playground and store nearby.
