Located on the heights of Gérardmer at the foot of the ski slopes, 5 minutes from the town center and the lake by car. Starting point for many walks or bike rides.
House of 150 m² with terrace of 30 m², a garage and 4 parking spaces
There is Wi-Fi.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- 2 with 160x200 bed and individual terrace of 8 m²,
- 1 with 4 dormitory style beds 80x200, 1 sofa bed 140x190 with TV,
- rooms of 19 m²
- There are 2 bathrooms with Italian shower and 2 separate toilets.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room.
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer

1 travel cot with changing table, 1 high chair and a bathtub are available on request.

Un très bon séjour dans un chalet spacieux et lumineux, très bien équipé.
Un agencement bien conçu avec de beaux espaces permettant aux adultes et aux enfants d'avoir des espaces dédiés.
Au pied des pistes de la Mauselaine, le chalet bénéficie d'une superbe vue sur le lac de Gérardmer.
Un accueil sympathique directement par la propriétaire, très à l'écoute.
Un agencement bien conçu avec de beaux espaces permettant aux adultes et aux enfants d'avoir des espaces dédiés.

Belle maison, spacieuse, très bien aménagée et équipée. Situation idéale aux pieds des pistes. Superbe vue sur le lac et la vallée. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la propriétaire.

Très belle maison récente, spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec gout. La vue est extraordinaire, la localisation idéale et l'hôte, Nathalie, très disponible et attentionnée.

Un séjour absolument parfait. Nathalie s'est adaptée à nos heures d'arrivée et de départ et nous a offert un accueil des plus chaleureux.
Cette très belle maison récente est idéalement située à moins de 5 minutes à pied des pistes de ski et offre une vue absolument grandiose sur la vallée et sur le lac de Gérardmer. L'équipement ménager est vraiment phénoménal, les chambres extrêmement spacieuse équipées d'un balcon. Nous ne saurions que vous recommander à 100% ce lieu de vacances...

Très beau gîte, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Magnifique vue sur le lac depuis une terrasse qui l'est tout autant!
Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui est soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte!

"Maison magnifique et confortable!"
Ce bien est aussi pratique que Splendide! Des matériaux de qualité, une décoration faite avec goût, une localisation qui offre une vue extraordinaire, le tout complété par une propriétaire soucieuse et très sympathique! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour un weekend en famille ou entre amis!
