Covering an area of 60 m², it has been completely renovated and offers all the necessary comfort for 4 people.

You will find on the ground floor:
a fully equipped dining kitchen (hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher)
a living room with smart tv, books and tourist brochures available
a bathroom with a large shower, wc, hair dryer
a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
A garden furniture awaits you at the front to enjoy an outdoor meal.
At the back, a courtyard will allow you to store your beach gear, bicycles or your fishing equipment in complete safety.
Upstairs is the second bedroom which includes a single bed, a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The house has WIFI.
If necessary, baby equipment can be lent to you.
Bed linen and towels are not included but it is possible to rent them for an additional 10e/pers or 10e/bed for sheets only. The cleaning fee is included in the price.
Regarding animals, they are unfortunately not allowed in this house.

The house is located very close to the port and the tourist office.

From there, you can easily do everything on foot: go to the beach, to the restaurant, to the casino (and its cinema), to the aquatic center and even to do your shopping.

You can extend the walk to Mers-les-Bains (listed seaside resort) where you will also find the beach, restaurants and cinema (as well as a mini-golf course and an equestrian center for sports enthusiasts).

By taking the car, you can explore the surrounding area where you will discover the Royal City of Eu and its castle, Saint-Valéry and its market, its old town, Crotoy and its sandy beach, the Baie de Somme, its small train, its seals and its ornithological reserve.
