Our location is ideal, 15 minutes from Xanton-Chassenon beach with water slides, lifeguard, shallow water area, diving pontoon, bar with snacks and drinks, picnic area and playground.
Near the Marais Poitevin (or Venise Verte) and 20 minutes from the Mervent forest, ideal for walks, bike rides or boat trips.
In the surrounding area you will find historic buildings, castles, abbeys and many small villages with character.

The coast, beaches and islands of southern Vendée and Charente-Maritime, as well as La Rochelle, are only an hour's drive away.
The Vendée is renowned for its mild and sunny climate.

We have owned the property since 2005.
Over the years, we have fitted out the farm annex gîte and the barn gîte, and improved the outbuildings and gardens.
