This recently renovated old farmhouse is a duplex, you will find upstairs, going up the original walnut stairs, 3 bedrooms, one adjoining (with 1 bunk bed 80x180), one with 2 single beds (90x190) and a third with a 180x190 bed, the bathroom with its shower and toilet. Terraced house with another gite not overlooked and independent exteriors and entrance.

On the ground floor, the 30 m2 living room with the equipped kitchen and a wood stove to spend the winter days warm.

You have 3 terraces, one at the entrance to the house, the second covered under an authentic nut dryer where you can enjoy the plancha and the 3rd, the relaxation area, next to the jacuzzi and the secure swimming pool (electric curtain and barrier with child safety gate)
Traveler access
You have private access to the 3 terraces, the swimming pool courtyard and the jacuzzi. Enjoy the shade of the dryers in summer.

The accommodation is twinned with another gîte, not overlooked and without a common area.

It is possible that during your stay someone will come to treat the jacuzzi and the swimming pool or mow and water this person will not have access to the interiors and you will be notified
