"Feet in the water", renovated stone house, near Lake Bourget (Aix-les-Bains, "Riviera of the Alps", ...), largest lake in France.
This charming house from the early 19th century is well equipped and offers all modern comforts.
It is very nice up to 8 people, and can even accommodate 10 people.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 is on the ground floor; a small garden, a private pontoon, private parking. A large living room on the ground floor and another TV-reading lounge on the mezzanine allow everyone to have his space.

It is a rare property at the water's edge. Built by sailors from Chanaz between 1800 and 1822, this house is atypical on the rocks.

The terrace, built later, with its large masonry posts gives an impression of a house on stilts. This terrace is large enough to take meals and install deckchairs; in addition it has direct access from the kitchen. There is a barbecue at your disposal. You have a view of the water, the countryside and the surrounding mountains. West oriented you will enjoy the beautiful sunset.

A spiral staircase allows you to go down to the garden at the edge of the water. There is a furnished space where you can have a coffee, a snack ... while admiring the nature where the boats pass.

From the private dock of the house you can sail on the Rhone river (you just have to pass a lock) or sail on the beautiful Bourget's lake (biggest natural lake of France).

At the front of the house you will find a private parking area. It can accommodate for 2 cars. Also a small public car park is located less than 50 meters below.

In the basement of the house you have access to a laundry-workshop area with washing machine and dryer. Accessible from the street, you can easily store bicycles, windsurfing, bike racks, roof boxes, ...
