Located in the town of Vins-sur-Caramy, our house of 70 m2 on an enclosed plot of 1400 m2 offers 7 comfortable beds. Completely renovated (end of work at the end of May 2022), it has been arranged for the comfort of its occupants (young and old).
Description: Not wheelchair accessible
The whole house is air-conditioned with temperature management per room.
1 master bedroom for 2 pers. with a 160 bed and its bathroom + separate wc
1 bedroom for 5 people. with 3 beds of 90 and a bed of 140 and its bathroom with wc
Equipped kitchen (oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer)
Dining room and living room of 22 m2
Large terrace with pergola and plancha, garden furniture, ping-pong table and pétanque ground under the Grand Chêne (remarkable century-old tree)
A large garden with trees and shade on the banks of the Caramy river.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided and cleaning is included in our prices.
Free Wifi via fiber.
No swimming pool but access to a natural bathing in the river Caramy where you can also practice fishing, canoeing... You can also enjoy a walk in the lake of Vins-sur-Caramy at 500 m.

"séjour dans agréable maison provençale"
Maison hyper bien équipée pour faciliter des vacances au soleil, des chambres en passant par cuisine, séjour, toilettes, tout n'y est que confort et propreté.
