Maison Le Chêne Enchanté, à 10 min du Puy du Fou

Located just 10 minutes from Puy du Fou and 5 minutes from the Poupet Festival, come and recharge your batteries at Chêne Enchanté, nestled in the magnificent Vendée countryside in Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre (85).
You will find everything you need nearby for a pleasant stay: canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, as well as a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities.
And of course, don't miss the region's main attraction, the Puy du Fou.

Our recent house, built in 2014, offers optimal comfort on one level on a living area of 106 m², as well as a garage of 25 m², all on a plot of land of 760 m², which can accommodate up to 8 people.

Here is its composition:
- a spacious living room of 51.41 m², including a living room with television, a living room and a fitted and equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, extractor and many storage). This room has a pellet stove and is air conditioned.
- a laundry room equipped with a desk, storage cupboards, a washing machine and a dryer.
- a parental suite of 15.21 m², including a large 160 bed, a bathroom with basin and shower, as well as a large dressing room.
- a second bedroom of 10 m², equipped with a large 140 cm bed and a closet.
- a third bedroom of 10 m², equipped with a large 140 cm bed and a closet.
- a bathroom with plenty of storage.
- separate toilets.

WiFi (fiber) is available throughout the house.

You can also enjoy the terrace equipped with a pergola, garden furniture and a barbecue.
The fenced garden guarantees total privacy.
Our rental was fully furnished to new in March 2023.

The large living room is air-conditioned and also has a pellet stove.
We are able to organize your stay with tickets for Puy du Fou and Cinescénie.

In addition, a large swimming pool nearby can be made available to you during your stay.
