• on the 1st floor:
- a bedroom with 160x190 bed
- a bedroom with 90x200 and 90x190 bed
- a bathroom with bathtub and double sink
- a separate toilet

• On the second floor :
- two bedrooms with 160x190 bed, one with office space
- a shower room with WC

The exteriors:
- a terrace with garden furniture for 6-8 people
- a 4 x 2.5 m swimming pool, naturally heated and secured by the dome
- river access with two canoes available
