Located in Cancale, in a quiet environment, it offers all the comfort to spend a pleasant vacation with family or friends.
It is an ideal base for discovering Cancale and its surroundings.
On foot, you will have access to shops (1 km) and beaches (between 1 and 2.5 km)!
On the ground floor, three pretty rooms fit together harmoniously.
The kitchen, in blue and white tones, is warm and invites you to concoct delicious dishes for the tribe.
The living room meets all the criteria for cocooning: natural colors combined with wooden furniture and comfortable sofas.
The dining room has a large wooden table with benches, it is the perfect place to share your meals.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms all with storage space.
One has a 160x200 bed and a television.
Next to this bedroom, a smaller bedroom that can offer 1 or 2 beds 90x140, ideal for two children.
The third bedroom is equipped with a 140x190 bed, and the last with 2 90x190 beds.
La P'tite Cancalaise enjoys a very beautiful exterior of approximately 700 m² facing south with trees and fences.
You will have a large bathroom located upstairs with bathtub and WC.
Another independent toilet is on the ground floor.
