Maison La Granvillaise, au cœur de Granville

Our holiday home is located in a residential area a stone's throw from the city center and Plat Gousset beach and the Christian Dior garden.
Its location is ideal for enjoying Granville on foot. You benefit from a very beautiful view of the sea and the city as far as the Breton coasts on the 1st and 2nd floor.
The house can accommodate 8 people. We are happy to share it with families or friends.
The atmosphere is gentle and friendly for stays and vacations in this beautiful city that is dear to us.

On the ground floor, there is a large independent living room with a veranda which brings in light with a shower and a separate toilet. A large living room with another reading room.
There is a private enclosed courtyard for outside dining and a closed garage for your car.

On the 1st floor, a large fitted kitchen and an adjoining living-dining room.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). The bathroom is equipped with a large corner bathtub; small sea view of the Chausey Islands.
There is a separate toilet on this floor.

Families with babies will be able to use a cot, high chair and safety gates for the stairs.

I am at your disposal to give you the right addresses (restaurants, shops, thalassotherapy).
A massage institute is very close to the house
