Rutas de senderismoIn Rochegude, a charming little village in the Drôme Provençale, country house located on a wooded hill, in a quiet area, on a private road.
The house offers an equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room (living room, dining room).
The sleeping side has 3 bedrooms including a children's bedroom, a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
A garage - laundry room of 18 m² completes the house.
All on a plot of 700 m² entirely enclosed and planted with trees.
Two terraces, one of which is covered, allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
The village center is 1.5 km away (bakery, restaurants and shops).
Access to the A7 motorway is 12 km away.
Hiking trails are just outside the house.
Within a radius of 25 km you can access the Crocodile Farm of Pierrelatte, the castle of Suze-la-Rousse, the castle of Grignan of Mme de Sévigné, the miniature Provençal village, the ancient Theater of Orange, and the gorges of Ardèche…
A little further away, the Chauvet Cave, the Aven d’Orgnac, the Spirou Park, Vaison-la-Romaine, Nyons, Mont Ventoux…
All on the wine, olive and lavender route!
