You will be here in the heart of Chalosse, a hilly region in the south of the Landes department, a region rich in quality gastronomy with many sites to visit.
This 120 m² house, 75 of which are habitable, includes:
- a large living room with free WiFi internet access, TV, sofa, armchairs, desk
- the kitchen is fully equipped (gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, classic coffee maker, etc.)
- bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine with ironing equipment, separate suspended toilet
- one bedroom with a 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90x190 beds
- large private garage (35 m²) fenced courtyard and garden of 1700 m² with garden table, parasol, deckchairs. A few hens next to the rental
Pizza pastry bakery 200 meters away.
Animals: 1 dog only (less than 10 kg)
On site many hiking and mountain biking trails.
The thermal baths of Préchacq-les-Bains (thermal chain of the Sun) are 5 km away. Cure package: €780 to €900 (2 people)
The city of Dax famous for its ferias in August and its spa town is 15 minutes away.
The house is 40 minutes from the beaches (Capbreton, Hossegor, Vieux-Boucau, Moliets), one hour from the Spanish border (Ventas) and the Basque coast (Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Hendaye).

"Exceptionnel"
Gite très calme à la campagne. Très frais malgré les fortes chaleurs. Propriétaires à l'écoute. Cadeaux de bienvenue avec spécialités locales. Les animaux sont accueillis avec terrain clos. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Gite spacieux, correctement équipé. Environnement très calme. Le propriétaire est accueillant. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Ma fille a apprécié la présence des 5 poules à proximité.

"Géniale!"
J'ai réservé ce gîte pour trois membres de ma famille et ils ont adoré. Le gîte est très bien équipé, confortable et calme dans un joli cadre de campagne. C'est à quelques pas de la boulangerie pour les croissants du matin, et il y a beaucoup de beaux endroits à visiter à proximité. Nous donnons au gîte un 10 * et réserverions à nouveau.
