Very bright (and sunny) house, close to the family beaches of Trescao or La Baleine and the charming little fishing port of Trévignon.

The house has 12 beds, but it is configured for a large family with friends, or rather 4 to 6 adults.

On the ground floor, a large living room (40 m²) with sofas and armchairs, large television, table for 12 guests, adjoining fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, induction cooker, large volume fridge) with glass roof overlooking on the living room - dining room, 2 large bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and the other with two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together, separate WC and a bathroom with a bath - convenient for children - and a shower.

Upstairs, a shower room with WC and three attic bedrooms smaller than on the ground floor, but two have a small sea view. A bedroom with a 160 bed, a bedroom with a 90 bed and a two trundle beds of 90, the third has two bunk beds of 90 and a single bed of 90.

Garage with washing machine, dryer, freezer, but not usable to park a car.

The garden is small, but closed and the street is very quiet (circular dead end). The neighborhood is very quiet.

The house is a stone's throw from the coastal path for walks and there are many small roads suitable for cycling in southern Brittany.
