Ground floor: the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing large meals. Functional and spacious, it's a great place for young and old alike to get involved.
The cosy lounge has a wood-burning stove, a large sofa bed, armchairs and all the comforts for young and old alike.
A separate utility room and toilet are also located on this level.
The 4 bedrooms are upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double beds. Bedroom 2: bed that can be separated into 2 independent berths.
In the 4th bedroom, you'll find two 90x200 trundle beds suitable for everyone.
Serenity with baby: €35 per stay for all children under 3 years of age (wooden bed, changing table, playpen, high chair, bouncer, nightlight, bathtub, bibs).
The 2 bathrooms are brand new and equipped with showers, washbasins and toilets.
Upstairs you'll find a games room and books for all ages. The staircase is secured with barriers at the top and bottom. Pets are not allowed upstairs.
Outside, the garden opposite, with its swings, deckchairs and dining/barbecue area, is the perfect place to spend some quality time together.
The region is rich in a variety of activities and sports (via ferrata, canoeing, hiking, road cycling) or unique châteaux (Meaulnes, Guédelon).
