• Mezzanine: 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 cot. Each bed is equipped
mattress pad, duvet, blanket, pillow and bolster (fitted sheets, sheets, pillowcases not provided) 1 air conditioner.

• Exterior: 1 large wooden terrace lit on the south side as well as another shaded terrace under the pines
1 electric plancha, garden table and chairs, parasol, 4 sun loungers, 4 bicycles available.
Swimming pool in the unsupervised residence, open from June to September.

• The residence is located 1.5 km from the beaches (free bus shuttles to get there) opposite the international golf course in the middle of the pines. 1 hour from the Basque coast...
Many activities nearby: cycle paths, large quad tree climbing park, children's motorbikes,
paint-ball etc... mini golf, boat trip on the Courant d'Huchet, beaches and shops 10 min by bike. Pets not allowed and non-smoking house.

Rental for the desired fortnight (preferential rate for the 2nd week).
