Maison en Margeride

In a quiet little village in Margeride, house on 5,000 m² of enclosed land with panoramic views.
On the ground floor: a living room with fireplace, an integrated kitchen, a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (shower and bath), a WC.
Upstairs: a mezzanine, a bedroom (1 double bed or 2 single beds).
Equipment: gas stove with electric oven, wood stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, crockery, TV. Garden furniture, barbecue.
Other equipment: cot, changing table, high chair, stroller.

Saint-Alban-sur-Limagnole 10 km away: local shops.
Saint-Chély-d'Apcher 20 km away: supermarkets and the A75 motorway.

Price: €400 per week for 4 people (rental from Saturday to Saturday).
A surplus will be requested if the heating is used.
A deposit check will be requested when booking
