Very beautiful holiday home located in the north-east of Sardinia, 15 minutes from Posada beach, the "the house in the wind" offers its guests calm and a unique landscape. The most beautiful beaches in Sardinia are in this area!

The house is located inland away from the traffic and confusion of summer. The magnificent panorama is that of the Gulf of Posada, a very picturesque little village known to be one of the most beautiful in Sardinia. The nearest airport and port is located in Olbia, 45 minutes from the house.

The house is superb, recently built , the part reserved for the summer location is on two floors, composed of five bedrooms and three bathrooms, a magnificent living room and a modern kitchen, this house is capable of ' accommodate nine people. The furniture restored by the owners gives a modern vintage touch which differentiates this house from other reception structures.

The owners live in the house all year round in an apartment located on the ground floor of the large house. Regarding ecology and sustainability, the structure is connected to solar panels and autonomous from a water point of view thanks to a water well, guests are just asked to be careful not to waste the water during periods of summer drought and to use household appliances during the day with the sun.
