Hiking trailsThe small separate annex house, in visible stone, is located in the south of the "Périgord-Limousin" natural park.
It was completely renovated in 2016 and was rented for the first time as a guest house in 2017.
It is part of an old farm, which consists of a main house and the outbuilding.
It is located on the edge of a small village community on a 4 ha plot and offers a view of the typical hilly landscape with meadows and woods for miles.
The living room offers a stylish atmosphere for 2 people with an outdoor terrace facing south and a covered summer kitchen with a view of the adjacent orchard, which also offers shaded areas in summer.

Gite vraiment charmant, très bien équipé. Tout est prévu pour le confort des occupants.
Ce gîte,aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, offre en plus un panorama magnifique sur la campagne de Dordogne.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la prévenance des propriétaires.

La partie inférieure, ouverte sur la cuisine, se compose d'un coin salon et d'un coin repas avec un canapé de cuisine et un poêle à bois. La petite cuisine offre tout le confort nécessaire. La salle de bains avec douche et toilettes est à côté de la cuisine. Un petit escalier mène de la salle de séjour à la chambre. La hauteur moyenne sur cette mezzanine est de 1,60 mètre, mais cela crée une atmosphère particulièrement chaleureuse.
