On the ground floor: large vestibule with wardrobe, dining room with relaxation area (hi-fi system), TV lounge, fully equipped independent kitchen, utility room, garage/laundry room, veranda 17m², beautiful bedroom (12m²) and a bathroom with corner bath, shower and double sink as well as separate toilets.
Upstairs: a first bedroom (15m²) with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom (14m²) with two 90 cm beds and a third bedroom (14m²) with a 140 cm bed, a shower room with wc.
Outside: garden furniture, barbecue, large terrace on the front and garden not overlooked on the back, deckchairs.
