In residence secured by pass and fully fenced with large swimming pool 24 x 12 m, and a children's pool (open from June 1 to September 30) and pétanque court (petanque game available in the house).

Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen area (4 hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher, food processor, toaster, kettle, etc.), sofa bed, TV, plenty of storage space, etc.
Bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80 and plenty of storage, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and washing machine.
Floor: landing with office area, bedroom 1 with double bed of 140, bedroom 2 with a high bed of 90 and 1 trundle bed of 80. WC and sink area. Provision of a cot and bath. Several fans available
Court-terrace of 40 m² closed with a loggia part equipped with a barbecue, a summer kitchen fitted out with plancha to prepare good dishes, garden furniture, 5 deckchairs, parasol as well as a garden shed to to store beach equipment. Everything is there to spend good moments of relaxation

"Au top, je recommande!"
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de vacances très bien située.
Encore mieux que sur les photos, le logement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, elle dispose de 3 vrais chambres agréables et lumineuses.
La terrasse est bien exposée, la cuisine d'été est un vrai plus, le coin transat est cosy.
Idéalement située, proche des commerces, l'accès aux plages peut se faire à pied.
L'arrivée et le départ se font via un service de conciergerie très professionnel.
Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

"Séjour au top dans cette résidence avec piscine"
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le bel espace extérieur, ombragé et sans vis à vis. La grande piscine de la résidence est également un grand plus ! Que tout le monde a apprécié : les enfants comme les parents. :-)
Quant à l’intérieur, nous l’avons trouvé en parfait état, très fonctionnel et décoré avec goût.
Enfin, nous avons aimé le fait de pouvoir nous déplacer facilement en vélo pendant notre séjour : la plage est toute proche, et les animations estivales sont sympas sur St Cyprien.
A louer sans hésiter pour un super séjour au soleil !

Nous avons loué votre maison en août 2022 et c'est sans hésiter que nous vous avons sollicité pour nos vacances de cet été. Votre location est située dans une résidence agréable et sa situation est idéale, La maison est très bien équipée. Sa décoration et son confort (notamment l'espace extérieur) contribuent à la quiétude. La mis a disposition de 2 vélos est un gros plus. L'espace piscine est très agréable. Nous vous remercions de mettre à la disposition des vacanciers une location d'une telle qualité. A l'année prochaine très certainement

"Merveilleux!"
Nous avons passés da magnifiques vacances dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien équipée avec grande terrasse et le petit plus la cuisine d'été.. très bien située au calme dans une résidence avec grande piscine
Rien ne manque pour passer de bonnes vacances
la plage est à 15 minutes à pied, la marina et le petit centre commercial à 100 m
