The house is on 3 floors:

- The basement has a second entrance door and is accessible without steps. It overlooks a small garden behind the house. On this level you will find a double bedroom, bathroom (bath with integrated shower, sink and toilet), sunny lounge/relaxation area.

- the ground floor is accessible via a few steps. Here you will find a private sleeping area for 2 people (trundle bed) with a curtain. On this level you will also find the kitchen/dining room, a second bathroom as well as a separate toilet and the south-facing terrace with its dining table to accommodate the whole family.

- the first floor contains 3 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with a single bunk bed
1 bedroom with a 140x190 double bed
1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a travel cot.

Plenty of storage space is at your disposal as well as board games and beach toys.

200 meters from the beach. 400m from the city center.
Quiet street with 2 bridge parking spaces.
The cleaning fee is 80€. Bath towels and sheets are included in the package.
