Land of 6 ha with private swimming pool (traditional swimming pool of 6 x 11 m treated with fresh water), barbecue, table tennis...
Very calm environment and absolute peace of mind.
Beautiful region very touristy (Abbaye de Flarans, Auch, Bassoues, Condom, Fleurance, Lavardens, Lectoure, Saint-Clar ...), gastronomic (goose and duck in all their forms: foie gras, confit, duck breast, garbure ...) and wine (Côtes de St-Mont, Madiran, Armagnac, Floc and Pousse-Rapière) and very close to Marciac (- 3 km), picturesque village with municipal swimming pool, tennis, golf, fishing lake, pedal boats, fitness center fitness and balneotherapy, equestrian center, hiking trail, bike rental
