This old fisherman's house is located in an exceptional place: Hoëdic, a small car-free island, accessible by boat from Quiberon.
The island will charm lovers of nature, seascapes, beaches, and contemplative walks.
The house includes:
- 1 large living room + open fitted kitchen
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor (140x200 bed)
- 2 bedrooms upstairs: a) a 160x200 bed; b) 2 single beds 90x200
All bedrooms are equipped with large, very functional closets.
- 2 bathrooms with shower
- 2 toilets
- 1 large fireplace
- dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, barbecue
- Electric heating.
- WiFi (teleworking possible)
- facing south, not overlooked
- small terrace and small garden
On the island you will find three restaurants, several cafes, a grocery store, a bakery and a dispensary.
