Rental is by the week, weekend (2 nights minimum) or short stays.

At La Bellazière, you are at home, and I take this opportunity to tell you that we take cleanliness very seriously and that we will do everything possible to ensure that your stay takes place in the best possible conditions.
The swimming pool, covered and heated, is exclusively reserved for you.
Although the property comprises two buildings, we never rent them to different groups of tenants.
On this completely renovated complex, you will find the house with 3 bedrooms upstairs, and, about twenty meters away, the swimming pool annex with an independent apartment for 2 people on ground level.
In all, 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 4 toilets.
The rooms are spacious, the kitchen fully equipped.
Two outside terraces, one facing south and barbecue.
The house was classified 4 stars when it opened and has all the comfort elements necessary for a carefree stay.
You are free, quiet, without neighbours... and around you, you have access to a footpath 50 m from your door and a superb countryside with preserved bocage.
You will be won over by this region with its unknown charm and where life is good!
Hiking, Lake at Sillé, Gallo-Roman site, caves, the highest point in the West and of course the Alpes Mancelles, you will be spoiled for choice.
We have made a special effort to save energy: solar panels and heat pump for the heating of the house and the swimming pool, we hope you will appreciate it!

Le gîte est très propre et confortable et pas loin en voiture des commerces. La piscine est superbe et vraiment agréable car bein chauffée et assez grande. La propriétaire est très sympathique.
