I rent weekly or fortnightly my family home in an old farmhouse from the 1950s.
It is ideally located in a hamlet of the Lot, between Rocamadour, Sarlat and Gourdon and very close (10 min) to the Dordogne river for swimming.

This 95 m² house is surrounded by a large open wooded area and can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
You have:
- 1 large kitchen/dining room with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher
- 1 parquet living room with 2 sofas including 1 convertible
- 3 parquet bedrooms with 140x200 bedding and sheets provided
- 1 bathroom with WC and washing machine
- 1 large covered terrace
- 1 carport shed
- 1 shed, additional storage room for garden tables and chairs, sun loungers, barbecues, bicycles, etc.

The attic and the basement of the house as well as the annex buildings are not accessible for rent.

Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking house.
