My house is located in Nevez, in the thatched cottage village of Kercanic, at the end of a dead end and a small path that leads to Dourveil beach.
Facing south, it has a terrace which overlooks a 900 m² wooded land with outdoor barbecue.
On the ground floor, there is a large, very bright living room, open to the kitchen, a pantry and a toilet shower.
Upstairs there is a large bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms, one has 2 90cm beds and the other has bunk beds. The bathroom is spacious and also has a toilet.
Outside, there is a shed for storing bicycles or equipment and parking for 3 cars.
The beaches of Dourveil and Raguenès are within walking distance, as are hiking trails. At Dourveil beach, you can go surfing.
The market town of Nevez is 2.5 km away.
Pont Aven and Concarneau are 15 minutes away by car.
