Maison Charme

Charme is a half-timbered house dating from before 1700 with a pretty enclosed garden of around 200 m² and a covered terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the fields.

Your dogs are welcome.

Next to the enclosed garden is an orchard of 800 m². The house and garden offer a lot of privacy, nature and tranquility. The house has a spacious and complete kitchen, a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and a separate toilet with large sink on the first floor.
On the ground floor you will find a living room, a dining room and a large bedroom. A fairly steep staircase takes you upstairs where you will also find 2 bedrooms.
In the living room you will find a built-in fireplace and the house is equipped with electric radiators, making it comfortable all year round.

Giffaumont Champaubert beach is a 10-minute drive away. It is one of 6 beautiful beaches around Lac du Der. It is the largest artificial lake in Europe. It attracts many birds. Lac du Der is best known for the large number of cranes that visit it between September and March. The peak is reached in November. From the house you can often observe cranes in the fields. Montier en Der is a five-minute drive away. A welcoming town with 3 supermarkets, bakers and many other shops and a pleasant center around a beautiful church.

From your house it is possible to cycle and walk.
