We will be delighted to welcome you to our house on the Île d'Oléron.

Used to renting gîtes, we wanted this house to be practical, relaxing and with a seaside atmosphere.

With friends, couples with or without children, retirees, you can relax while enjoying the island's activities.

Everything has been redone, insulation, electricity, tiling, painting, fitted kitchen... the bathroom has been designed to facilitate access for people with a 90x90 shower tray, we have installed a real barbecue,...

Location: the house is quietly located in a dead end street.
200 m from the supervised Matha beach, 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike from the port of La Cotinière, and 15 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by car from Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron.
The cycle paths are 200 m from the house.
