The “les2minettes” gîte, comfortable and “seaside” style decor with garden and patio, is ideally located in the quiet city center on a semi-pedestrian street; the beach and the Andernos pier are 600 meters from the cottage with access via a pedestrian street, all amenities are within walking distance within 100 meters: free public parking, daily covered market, small shops and supermarket, restaurants, cinema , “tour du bassin” cycle path.
Pets welcome,a pet accepted at no extra charge.
It is a semi-detached house of 60 m² with a private enclosed garden at the front (150 m²) and a patio at the back (35 m²). Complete garden furniture.
A bedroom with king size bed 180x200 firm and new bedding with independent sleeping arrangements
A TV lounge (40' TNT satellite and connected) with office space (WiFi internet)
A second “reading” lounge
