- a large living room with living room with table and 4 chairs and sofa with 2 armchairs and flat screen
- a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and central island with 2 stools
- 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one with 1 160 cm bed and the other with 2 80 cm beds)
- 1 bathroom with shower and sink cabinet
- separate WC
- basement with washing machine, table and iron
Bed linen, house linen, towels are provided.
Cleaning products are provided.
A large terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
Enclosed land of 430 m² with the possibility of entering the car.
Sea 600 m, supermarket and town center of Saint-Brévin-les-Pins 600 m (supermarket, bakery, butcher, restaurant, pizzeria, bank, café, etc.)
Market twice a week (Thursday and Sunday morning).
Many activities are offered (night market, shows in high season), hiking, cycle paths, bowling, water park, cinema, tennis, casino, restaurant.
Located about 20min from La Baule, 25min from Guérande, 1 hour from Noirmoutier.
