GR34 hiking trail, cycle path and nautical center nearby.

- a beautiful living room composed of a living room, a dining area with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher)
- a sleeping area consisting of a bedroom (1 double bed of 160x200 separable into 2 beds of 80x200) and bathroom: a large walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet
- small office area
- laundry room
The living room gives access to a beautiful terrace facing south west

- a small mezzanine converted into a living room with large bay window which accesses a 25 m² terrace with sea view
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed that can be separated into 2 80x200 beds
- a bathroom with an Italian shower, a sink and a toilet
