House made up of 2 independent stone buildings, connected by 120 m² of terraces with barbecue, decorated with oleanders on a 700 m² fully enclosed plot of land with trees and flowers with carports. Located near the village center, shops, pharmacy and doctors.
The 1st building consists of a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a living room with 140 cm sofa bed, television, a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
The 2nd building is made up of 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, the other with 2 90 cm beds. A shower room with WC.

Possibility of 6 beds

Multiple activities are possible: swimming (5 mins), canoeing (5 mins), tennis (10 mins), horse riding, departure for multiple hikes, mountain biking. Daily evening entertainment during the summer period.
Market on Friday and night market on Wednesday.

For your excursions, you are 10 km from the Chauvet Cave, 20 km from the Aven d'Orgnac, and within a radius of 10 km, you can discover multiple characteristic villages of the Ardèche and picturesque sites such as the Gorges of Ardèche.
