AU P'TIT ARTISAN, renovated house with enclosed garden, located in a small village 10 minutes from Vertus (heart of the Blanc de Blanc Champagne vineyard), 25 minutes from Épernay or Châlons-en-Champagne.

We welcome you to our little corner of the Marennes countryside to discover our terroir, our fields and our vineyards for long walks with family or friends.

A family and friendly equestrian center present in our village, it offers rides and/or an equestrian boarding facility, located 15 minutes walk from our gîte.

Our village also has 3 distributors: 2 for food products from our local producers and one for fresh bread.

The house consists of:
• on the ground floor: a large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room, a large bathroom and separate WC
• upstairs: a landing serving 3 bedrooms equipped with a 140 cm bed each as well as 2 90 cm beds in the largest bedroom, i.e. 8 beds in total

We provide you on request with: a plancha, crepe maker, waffle maker and panini maker.

The garden is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, a large garden and a small common wood with games for children is also at your disposal.

On request we can provide you with various outdoor games such as: pétanque, badminton, Kubb, etc.
