Atypical stone house is located in the heart of the historic center of Lannion, a stone's throw from "the Brlèvenez steps" in a quiet street with free parking. It will be completely renovated for June 2022. This house is equipped for 4 people and can accommodate a fifth.

• on the ground floor, a kitchen equipped with a bathroom and separate toilet, a staircase that leads to the living room and 2 large bedrooms, one of which has outside access. The bedding is of excellent quality for maximum comfort. It is equipped with WiFi, TV and a library and board games.
• outside, you will arrive by the entrance with a large terrace equipped with garden furniture. You can easily park in front of the house or in free outdoor parking in the neighborhood.
Its location allows you to go to town, on the edge of the "Leguer" quay, on the hiking trails, to visit the town and the historic center of "Brélévenez" on foot.
You will be 10 minutes from the beaches of the Côtes de "pink granite", historic towns such as Tréguier, Paimpol, Morlaix...
