Freshly renovated terraced house in Uza, a charming village in the Landes, a few kilometers from the magnificent beaches of Cap de l'Homy and Contis-Plage.
You can enjoy the cycle paths 50 m from the house, which reach Lit-et-Mixe 4 km away, and walks in the surrounding forest. It will also allow you to visit the surrounding areas (Basque Country, Hossegor, Lake Léon, Mimizan).
Possibility of parking in front of the house.
3 bedrooms including 2 with 140 cm beds and one with bunk beds, living room with television, fireplace, kitchen and dining area, bathroom with bathtub.
Sheets are provided and beds made upon your arrival, I do not provide bathroom linen.
Outdoor space in front of the house as well as behind with shed for barbecue, garden furniture and relaxation.
In the kitchen: fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven, toaster, kettle and Senseo coffee maker.

Nearby: restaurant, La Table du Marensin, as well as a delicatessen where you can enjoy small dishes overlooking the lake.
In Lit-et-Mixe 4 km away, supermarket, pharmacy, delicatessen, press and various shops, market every morning in July and August and night market on Thursday evenings.
Free shuttles to reach the beaches in July-August 50 m from the house.
