It occupies a surface area of 80 m² of charm, a garage, a parking space, a garden and a terrace.
It is composed of a dining room, a large bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen.
You can access the garage from the garden or from the road, naturally the latter can be used to park your bikes, cars, etc.
Sheets, towels, toiletries are provided.
A bottle of Saint-Émilion grand cru will be offered to you as a welcome gift.
The place is quiet, facing Château Nénin.
The village has two restaurants including Table de Catusseau (1 Michelin star).
As for the town of Libourne, 1 km away, it offers you all the amenities (shopping centers, restaurants, doctors, hospital, emergency services, etc.)

"séjour vacances"
Une très bonne adresse pour passer quelques jours dans la région,propriétaire sympa à l'écoute des besoins,maison simple mais fonctionnelle,jardin agréable sous une tonnelle qui protège des ardeurs estivales,nous avons également apprécié le garage pour les vélos. Le quartier est calme,commerces à proximité (Libourne est à 5 minutes).
Bonne base de départ pour visite Bordeaux,Arcachon et la région.
