Nestled in the heart of a magnificent typical Barousse village, our gîte offers many possibilities.
It is a house with all the assets: 4 double bedrooms, one with a baby bed, in the attic, the Les Beaux Rêves bedroom (15 m²)… The largest, La Pic du Gar (30 m²) has its own small bathroom. en-suite bath.
The other two, on the 1st floor, are called La Raffinée and La Glycine. They each offer 16 m² of space.
On the ground floor: a large lounge area and its video projection wall as well as its wood stove will liven up your evenings.
Next, the kitchen and dining room area with its grill fireplace, access to the veranda (heated in winter).
Each floor has its own WC and bathroom.

There are 2 possible accesses to the house: the main one via a wooden footbridge through the front door and the second through the private parking lot / garden then the veranda.
The 1200 m² garden has its share of spaces to conquer including a swimming pool and a spa plus a naturally shaded terrace in summer.
Other green outdoor spaces are also accessible to you through the shed.

Offering a view of the Pic du Gar, on one side, and the Mountain Center of Thebe on the other, Clos Baroussais is nestled in the heart of the village, close to the Ourse river, the house will delight young and old by the proximity of numerous points of interest.
