Ideally located in the village of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, we offer our furnished and decorated house, the MAS DE LA GARENNE, overlooking a pleasant and peaceful garden with outbuildings (summer kitchen and bicycle garage).
500 meters from the city center and the market square, 800 m from the ocean (Ocean Esplanade, Saint-Jean-de-Monts beach) and 10 minutes by bike from Demoiselles beach. These beaches are served by a cycle path running alongside the property.
To continue your relaxation, our rental has a SPA area for 4 people.

The contemporary house can accommodate up to 8-10 people thanks to its 4 beautiful bedrooms upstairs, overlooking the garden thanks to large bay windows (Les Demoiselles room: 160 bed and private bathroom, La Baigneuse room : 160 bed, La Davière room: 140 bed, L'Estacade room: 4 beds of 90).
Upstairs, the bedrooms are completed by a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases are compulsory but not provided.

On the ground floor, a large living room (fitted and equipped kitchen, living room) opens onto a 25 m² wooden terrace overlooking the garden thanks to a beautiful bay window of 4 m.
This space is completed by an independent WC.

You will have a large screen TV complemented by a home cinema, and WiFi, a washing machine and various appliances (oil-free fryer, stone raclette, crepe maker, coffee maker, Tassimo ...)

Outside, the walled garden has a summer kitchen equipped with a table that can accommodate 10-12 people, a plancha and a barbecue.
A private 2-space car park adjoins the house.
Small animals are accepted, but they must sleep in the outbuilding.

We offer our rental available under the following conditions from July 31:
July 31 - August 21 from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.: € 2,150 per week, € 4,000 for 2 weeks
August 21 - October 2: from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m .: 1750 € per week, 3200 € for 2 weeks
October 2 to December from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m .: 1000 € per week, 1700 € for 2 weeks
All Saints and Christmas holidays: € 1,500 per week

A deposit of 30% of the rental amount (check cashed), and a deposit of 2000 € (check not cashed) will be requested.
A cleaning service for the end of the stay is offered at the price of 125 €, it will be systematically deducted from your deposit if the cleaning is not properly carried out.

The lessor undertakes to reimburse the deposit paid by the lessee:
If the lessee is unable to go to the rental location due to the regulatory provisions put in place by the State related to the fight against Covid-19 (confinement, isolation, travel ban, etc.)
If the lessor is obliged to renounce the vacation rental because of the regulatory provisions put in place by the State related to the fight against Covid-19 (sanitary conditions, ban on renting, etc.)
However, this clause does not apply to other grounds for impediment that the lessee could invoke (closed beaches and restaurants, personal concern, etc.). Where applicable, the conditions of the penalty clause related to the deposit apply.
