Ideally located in a quiet and sought-after area, between sea and forest, close to shops, markets and the town center accessible on foot or by bike, the house is fully equipped, in an enclosed garden. Perfect for families.
Many possible activities: golf, thalassotherapy, water sports center, adventure park, swimming pool, Mickey club, Île d'Yeu, Noirmoutier, Nantes...
On certain dates, concierge service (plus: possibility of renting sheets).
Terraced house, particularly bright and ideal for a family and children, thanks to its beautiful volumes.
We spend good and happy times there.
The 1st bedroom has a 140x190 bed.
The 2nd has 2 x 2 bunk beds (90x190).
The very pleasant garden, enclosed and private, faces south west, equipped with garden furniture, BBQ, and deckchairs. Children play there safely.
The house is classified: Furnished Tourism 3 stars 2023
No smoking inside the house.
This house is not equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility (presence of 2 steps at the entrance)
