We rent our house located in the heart of Green Venice and the Marais Poitevin.
In front of the house you can admire the Sèvre Niortaise and behind the house you will enjoy a "conche" with direct access.
The house is entirely on one level with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large living room, very bright thanks to its bay windows.
The 1400 m² garden is wooded and well oriented so that you can enjoy the sun all day long.

La Rochelle is 45 minutes away, Niort train station 20 minutes away, and access to the motorway 20 km from the house.
If you want to spend a day at Puy du Fou, it takes 1 hour 20 minutes to get there.

The house is ideally designed for 4 people, but the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more.
Settle in and simply go and discover this unique landscape that is the Marais Poitevin, by bike, on foot or by boat (boat with oars available under the responsibility of the users)
