This is my house, so it is fully equipped and comfortable.

The terrace faces cool on the North-East side, with a 180x110 cm wooden garden table and 6 wood-metal chairs.
Entrance into the house is through one of 2 gates, one is directly in front of the front door of the house.
There are 2 parking spaces on the grounds, one of which is under a covered lean-to.

Household linen is provided (fitted sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows, pillowcases, towels).
Toilet paper, absorbent paper, soap and shower gel are provided for the start of your stay.

A key box with personalized code is available for entry into the house and exit.
If I am working, I will be available by phone and text during your stay. I will be within a 40 minute drive to my work in case of an emergency.

It is less than 25 minutes from the Lormont-La Butinière park and ride (Bordeaux tramway) and Saint-Émilion.
