Very authentic inhabited by the owners, it is our holiday home that we make available for part of the year. The entire house, of more than 150 m², combines space, comfort and panoramic views of the mountains, the plain and the sea (30 km away)
It is located in a quiet and residential area, close to the waterfall, the municipal outdoor swimming pool and the tennis courts.
“La Petite Colline à Céret” offers independence and tranquility 7 minutes walk from the old center of Céret and all amenities.

The house is rented all year round, new generation electric radiators provide the right heat as well as reversible air conditioning in the living room.

Summer and winter alike, the house offers a dream setting for exploring this charming town in the South with its typical alleys, its century-old plane trees, its terraces, bars and restaurants for all budgets. This beautiful region of the Eastern Pyrenees at the entrance to Vallespir offers many possibilities: crossroads between Pyrenees, Canigou, large beaches, Côte Vermeille (Banuyls, Collioure) and 2 hours from Barcelona

The property is suitable for families as well as couples and groups of friends, lovers of relaxation or tourist and sporting activities thanks to the configuration of the premises and its central location between the sea and the mountains.
Its 2 independent levels will allow you to meet up or isolate yourself according to your needs and desires.
Furnished for 2-star tourism in 2018, since then we have made further improvements, creating an additional cozy sleeping area on the garden level. Every year, we make adjustments to improve the quality of life in healthy housing.

The holiday home "la Petite Colline à Céret" offers you indoor and outdoor space on 2 levels, with 2 entrances.

The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook like at home, it also allows you to have breakfast inside or on the large adjoining balcony - terrace, while admiring the view of the massif du Canigou and the castle of Aubiry. A large bathroom with bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, a pantry with a dressing room as well as a separate entrance complete the layout of the premises upstairs.

Access to the washing machine, a space for storing bicycles and the roof box are also offered.
On the garden side, in front, you have a dry garden with its sheltered terrace where you can cool off, and a large natural garden at the back with panoramic views of the mountains, the plain and the sea 30 km away.

Parking is easy and free.
