In het land van Fort Boyard, thuishaven van Hermione en op 5 minuten van het stadscentrum, in een rustige omgeving, dicht bij La Rochelle, Fouras, de Charente-eilanden: Ré, Oléron Aix en Madame. We zijn verheugd u te mogen verwelkomen in ons typische "Rochefortaise" huis. Voorzien van alle comfort, vlakbij het stadscentrum, bussen en het treinstation, waar we u kunnen verwelkomen. De buurt is erg rustig.
2022
Het bestaat uit een grote woonkamer, woonkamer met zitbank, slaapgedeelte met 2 bedden van 90 cm, slaapkamer met bed van 140 cm.De keuken-eetkamer is ruim en zeer goed uitgerust. De veranda is zeer licht, u kunt er lunchen of ontspannen met een goed boek.
De tuin is omheind door muren en zonder vis-à-vis, het terras is uitgerust met ligstoelen en tuinmeubelen om een barbecue te delen.
Er is telefoon, internet, wifi, oranje TNT box en decoder, verstelbare flatscreen tv.
Gratis wisselend parkeren in de omliggende straten, halte in doodlopende straat, mogelijkheid tot afgesloten privé parking op 600 m afstand (op reservatie - 40 € aangeboden door de eigenaar).
Wij zorgen voor huishoudlinnen en ecologische huishoudproducten en het is mogelijk om lakens te huren.
Het kinderbedje wordt op aanvraag verstrekt.
Voor een zorgeloos verblijf bieden wij een annulerings- en intrekkingsverzekering aan.

- INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, and if the owner's liability is not called into question, no reimbursement will be made, apart from the security deposit.
IX- CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or telegram as soon as possible, indicating the reasons for its cancellation. Supporting documents must be provided either to the lessor or to the insurer upon request. Any cancellation entails the abandonment of the deposit paid and the obligation to pay the balance no later than the date set for the start of the stay. However, the amount paid will be returned, less 30% compensation for administrative costs and various procedures, when the furnished accommodation can be re-rented for the same period and at the same price.
a) If the tenant does not show up on the day mentioned in the contract:
After 24 hours and without notice to the owner:
- this contract is considered terminated
- the deposit and the balance of the rental remain with the owner.
- the owner can have his furnished accommodation
c) - In the event of cancellation of the rental by the owner
He will reimburse the tenant the amount of the sums collected + 30%.
Cancellation insurance (7.5%) with the Covid option is strongly recommended.
Insurance:- Cancellation and interruption of stay: these 2 financial risks must be insured, your host offers you a very good group contract; the attention of the lessee is drawn to the fact that in the event of non-adherence, he will be personally responsible for the heavy financial consequences indicated in the cancellation of the stay section, it is therefore of the highest interest that he insures this risk
